What to type in maps: Authorpe Road (more reliable than the postcode)
Parking: Authorpe Road usually has a couple of spaces, if not, Bentley Lane just around the block certainly will. For larger teams we advise unloading on Authorpe Road and parking up on Bentley Lane.
Please ensure anyone parked on Authorpe Road is not obstructing any neighbours doors or gates.
Access: The door is to the left of the large roller shutter, under the yellow sign. (Don’t accidentally go to the gym which is the door to the right of the roller shutter!)
There is a ramp and a couple of steps to navigate.

Arrival and access
Please arrive at your booked start time, not earlier (we’re often turning the space around between hires).

What’s included
Your hire includes:
Natural light studio / infinity cove.
Basic furniture: chairs, stools, table, mirror, steamer?
Changing area
Toilets
Kitchen basics: kettle, mugs, fridge?
Bluetooth speaker?
Extension leads
If something is essential for your shoot, message in advance so we can confirm it’s in the building.
Lighting and equipment hire
Elinchrom RX400 flash heads: £6 each (4 available)
Rotolight AEOS II: £18 each (2 available)
Colorama backdrops: £12 each (subject to availability)
If you need a specific paper colour, tell us ahead of time. We can often order it in and take delivery.
Sound and filming note (please read)
If you’re recording dialogue or clean audio: we have no control over noise from neighbouring units.
Most crews manage fine, but if your shoot is audio-critical, plan for:
lav mics, directional mic, or recording wild lines
allowing a little buffer time for retakes
Capacity and guests
Max people in the space: 50
Keep bags and cases tidy so walkways stay clear.
Food and drink
Drinks are fine.
If you’re bringing food, keep it away from backdrops and soft furnishings.
Please take rubbish with you.
Keeping the space looking good
No outdoor shoes on the [cove / white area].
If you’re using makeup or fake tan, please be careful around white walls and floors.
No confetti/glitter/smoke without prior permission.
If anything gets damaged, tell us straight away. Accidents happen, it’s always easier if we know on the day.
Reset and leaving
Please allow 10 minutes at the end to reset the studio.
Return moved furniture and equipment to where you found it.
Bag up rubbish.
Switch off lights you’ve used.
Make sure doors are closed behind you. If you’ve been asked to lock up and post the key back through, please ensure all 3 doors are locked, two doors are key locked (same key) and one door is on thumb locks.
